Involving all the senses: Society Garlic. A savannah made of various ornamental grasses. Yes, they’re real flamingoes. Exfoliating bark of a crepe myrtle. Seabreeze bamboo tolerates some flooding. Looks like bamboo…it is hand painted, corrugated metal roof. A fun place for all. They placed fairy garden miniatures throughout. Even the ticket booth has a green roof. Pecky cypress bench. A local sawmill donated this wood. Cool in the shade of bamboo…imagine the sound of a breeze here. Who needs a wall with a window when you have podocarpus?
